How It Works

You identify each customer with a customer_ref you choose (a UUID, account number, phone, email, or your existing primary key) and call the API from your backend. Token amounts are plain decimal numbers, percentages are plain percents, and time is in seconds. The Flow: 
Customer Action → Your Backend API Call → Shakesco → Tokens Credited
