# Business Card Setup

> Create your Business Card account to start paying your global team

## Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure you have:

    Your Shakesco personal wallet must be set up first

  <Step title="Business Wallet created">
    You'll need a Business Wallet to create a Business Card
  </Step>

<Tip>
  **Recommended:** Use the Polygon Network for your Business Card -
  significantly lower fees for you and your team.

## Step 1: Access Business Wallet

    From your Personal Wallet, **long press** the profile icon
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose your option">
    You'll see a pop-up with available wallets: - **"Business Wallet"** - If you
    already have one - **"Create a business wallet"** - If you need to create one

    If you don't have a Business Wallet yet, create one before proceeding
  </Step>

## Step 2: Create Business Card

    In your Business Wallet, swipe through cards on the Wallet tab until you find **"Business Card"**

    Choose your preferred network:

  <Step title="Configure pension settings (optional)">
    Set up automatic pension deductions for your team
  </Step>

  <Step title="Complete verification">
    Perform 2FA and enter your PIN to finalize
  </Step>

## Understanding Pension Feature

<Accordion title="What is the Pension setting?">
  The Pension feature automatically deducts a percentage from **employee** periodic payments (executives are excluded).

  **How it works:**

  * Set a percentage (e.g., 5% of each payment)
  * Funds remain in your Business Card Wallet
  * Send to employees when:
    * They retire
    * They leave the company
    * Custom trigger you define

  **Benefits:**

  * ✅ Automatic deductions - no manual tracking
  * ✅ Company holds funds securely
  * ✅ Transparent for employees
  * ✅ Flexible withdrawal timing

    This setting is **optional** - skip it if you don't need automatic pension
    deductions.

## You're Ready!

Once your Business Card is created, you can:

* Add team members
* Set up recurring payments
* Configure payment schedules
* Manage team payroll
